The formula and dosage form
BlueChew’s formula article lists MAX as sildenafil 45 mg plus tadalafil 18 mg in a sublingual tablet. These are identification details, not directions for making or dosing a combination yourself. The exact dispensed label and pharmacy instructions take priority.
MAX is different from VMAX, which substitutes vardenafil for sildenafil, and from GOLD, which adds apomorphine and oxytocin. Those differences affect the clinical questions rather than creating a simple good/better/best hierarchy.
The sublingual claim needs a defined starting point
MAX is marketed around rapid onset and an extended window of effect. Ask whether a quoted onset time begins when the tablet goes into the mouth or after it has dissolved, and whether the outcome came from controlled measurement or customer reports.
A faster absorption claim is not automatically evidence of better erection outcomes or fewer side effects. Timing, firmness, patient preference, and duration are different endpoints. The prescribed instructions should explain how to evaluate an inadequate response without adding another dose yourself.
For someone comparing MAX with Ro Sparks, the overlapping ingredient names do not establish matching strengths or behavior. Ro’s listed formulation differs, as do its plan quantities.
Published cost examples
The general cost article gives approximate MAX and VMAX examples starting around $40 monthly for four doses and extending to $135 for 24 doses. It groups the two products together and does not establish every strength, shipping charge, or checkout configuration.
The separate formula article lists a $5.63 unit figure. Do not assume that lowest-unit example applies to a four-dose order. Get a full quote with quantity, billing interval, and renewal conditions before comparing MAX with another combination.
Current account eligibility
A BlueChew product-access notice lists MAX and GOLD as options for new customers while restricting several other products to existing enrollees. That statement still does not guarantee eligibility, a prescription, or a particular price. A clinician must assess the proposed treatment.
Check the actual plan offered to your account, including dosage form and strengths. If a search result leads to an older product page, do not assume its offer overrides the current intake.
How the evidence relates to this product
The Cui tadalafil-plus-sildenafil study used daily tadalafil with as-needed sildenafil; it was not a test of the MAX sublingual tablet. We reviewed the indexed abstract. The result can inform a clinical question but does not establish MAX’s exact onset, long-term safety, or superiority to a single drug.
The EAU guideline discusses selected combination approaches with limited evidence. That is different from a blanket endorsement of every compounded two-drug product. A clinician should explain the proposed regimen and alternatives for your history.
Interactions and side effects to review
The drug information describes precautions that matter more than packaging or subscription price. PDE5 inhibitors must not be combined with nitrate medicines or recreational nitrites. Tell the prescriber about riociguat, blood-pressure medicines, alpha-blockers, other ED treatments, and kidney, liver, heart, or eye conditions. A complete medication review is necessary; this list cannot clear a treatment for you.
This formulation combines PDE5 inhibitors. Standard tadalafil labeling advises against combining it with other medicines in that class. A prescriber should explain the specific rationale, alternatives, and monitoring. Do not reproduce the formula by combining separate pills or overlap products yourself.
Headache, flushing, indigestion, congestion, and dizziness can occur with ED medicines; individual effects vary. Seek emergency care for an erection lasting more than four hours or severe symptoms such as chest pain. Sudden vision or hearing loss requires prompt medical help. Tell the treating clinician exactly what you took and when.
BlueChew plan changes, holds, and refunds
The account FAQ distinguishes skipping one order from stopping billing indefinitely until you return. Choose the intended setting and retain the confirmation. A single skipped renewal is not permanent cancellation.
The cancellation policy asks for at least 24 hours before renewal. The account FAQ asks for 48 hours for plan changes needing clinical review and says changes do not affect orders already in process. These deadlines describe different actions. Confirm both the prescription and next order when switching products.
Prescription returns are not accepted. Report a dispensing or shipping problem promptly; contacting support does not itself establish a refund entitlement. The shipping FAQ excludes North Dakota and lists supported territories. Address, account eligibility, and clinician approval still need checking for your product. We have not tested shipping or support, and faster delivery does not remove the assessment and processing stages.

Frequently asked questions
Is BlueChew MAX FDA-approved?
No. It is a compounded formulation. The approval status of an ingredient-containing conventional medicine does not apply to the finished product.
Can a new customer order it?
A reviewed provider notice lists it among new-customer options, subject to clinical assessment and the actual plan available.
Is the published price a confirmed checkout total?
No. The figures are dated provider examples. Confirm quantity, strength, shipping, taxes, billing interval, and renewal.
Can I combine it with another BlueChew product?
Do not overlap ED medicines on your own. A clinician who knows your current prescriptions should provide any switching instructions.
