These product reviews examine public formulation information, research, and service terms. We have not ordered the treatments, tested their effects, or audited patient care. How we research.
The exact formulation
Hims’ safety library lists a mint combining tadalafil and vardenafil. This is not the sildenafil/tadalafil/B12 3-in-1 Hard Mint in the main catalog. The second PDE5 inhibitor is different, so a general review of Hard Mints would miss an important medication distinction.
We did not verify a current selectable checkout plan, strength grid, or complete price for this particular formulation. If a clinician offers it, obtain those details before comparing it with a publicly priced product. Do not treat a safety-library entry as a promise that every patient can order it.
Two PDE5 inhibitors require a specific rationale
Tadalafil and vardenafil have overlapping pharmacologic effects. Combining them is not simply extending the amount of time a single medicine lasts. Ask why two agents are proposed, what simpler options were considered, and how adverse effects will be monitored.
Vardenafil brings its own heart-rhythm and interaction considerations. A complete medication list matters even if you have taken tadalafil before without a problem. A new ingredient can change what the clinician needs to review.
A fixed combination also raises adjustment questions: can the formula be changed if one component causes an unwanted effect, and will that require another paid prescription? Clarify both clinical and billing consequences.
Price and plan details to confirm
Current plan price not verified. The product source and main catalog need to be read together. A starting monthly amount is not a complete quote for every strength, supply, and billing interval. Where no matching price was verified, we leave that gap explicit.
Record the charge due now, prescribed quantity, renewal amount, and next processing date. Do not multiply a general per-use offer from another Hims page into an assumed price for this product. If you are switching formulas, ask whether the old order can be stopped and whether a new supply is charged separately.
Compare actual prescribed uses or supply duration, not package size alone. A daily mint, an as-needed chew, and a multi-ingredient pill may have different commitments even when a monthly headline looks similar.
What the evidence can establish
The tadalafil-plus-sildenafil study cited elsewhere on this site used sildenafil, not vardenafil, and a different regimen. Its findings cannot be transferred directly to this mint. We did not verify a randomized trial of this finished Hims formulation.
The closest named ingredient comparison is BlueChew VMAX, which also lists tadalafil and vardenafil. That overlap does not establish equal strengths, absorption, availability, or outcomes. A comparison should keep each actual prescription visible.
Interactions and side effects to review
The drug information describes precautions that matter more than packaging or subscription price. PDE5 inhibitors must not be combined with nitrate medicines or recreational nitrites. Tell the prescriber about riociguat, blood-pressure medicines, alpha-blockers, other ED treatments, and kidney, liver, heart, or eye conditions. A complete medication review is necessary; this list cannot clear a treatment for you.
This formulation combines PDE5 inhibitors. Standard tadalafil labeling advises against combining it with other medicines in that class. A prescriber should explain the specific rationale, alternatives, and monitoring. Do not reproduce the formula by combining separate pills or overlap products yourself.
Headache, flushing, indigestion, congestion, and dizziness can occur with ED medicines; individual effects vary. Seek emergency care for an erection lasting more than four hours or severe symptoms such as chest pain. Sudden vision or hearing loss requires prompt medical help. Tell the treating clinician exactly what you took and when.
Hims billing, cancellation, and follow-up
Hims identifies the next order date as the charge and processing date. Check the date shown in your account rather than counting a month from delivery; the first refill may be scheduled early to avoid a gap.
The cancellation instructions ask for action at least 48 hours before the next order. Ending a subscription does not cancel an order already processing or shipped. If you have several subscriptions, each must be managed separately. The refund policy does not guarantee a refund once the pharmacy has processed the order.
Rescheduling or snoozing changes the next order, not necessarily the subscription’s long-term status. Ask the clinician about medication changes and support about billing changes. When a treatment changes, confirm which formula will be in the next shipment and whether a replacement supply creates another charge. We have not placed test orders or measured customer-service response times.
